Not only was the craftsmanship excellent but they gave us exceptional customer service throughout the job. The Direct Roofing team were on time, on budget, courteous and left their workspace clean and tidy every day. The lead for our team went above and beyond the job making sure tarps were nailed down each night and communicating with us about timing and work hours and trying not to create inconvenience. Direct Roofing took my husband through the mill where our shingles were going to be made and showed him how they were cut and how the wood would be selected. The mill and tour were impressive.
